I have been working at Crem Recruitment for over four years, and it has been a great experience. From day one, I was welcomed into a friendly and supportive team where everyone helps each other. Working at Crem Recruitment is a highly collaborative experience, having worked with previous recruitment businesses where you are treated as number, that is, certainly, not the case at CREM. You are treated as a person, allowed to play to your strengths and encouraged to take risks.

I have done many jobs, many that felt like I was doing 1 step forward, 2 steps back, with no purpose for development in my career or personal life. That is not the case at Crem. I feel like every day I am learning something new, developing new skills, progressing myself professionally and personally. I wake up every day actually wanting to go to work which is a new feeling which I feel privileged to have, as few people can say that. I have a supportive environment around me with my colleagues and management team looking to help me evolve and adapt into the wonderful crazy world of recruitment. I am still new to the industry and am excited to see where my journey takes me with Crem Recruitment.

Working for Crem is different every day, as I get to speak to an exciting variety of job seekers and businesses. It is extremely rewarding to have short term milestones and targets so I can keep progressing and track my development, but a clear long-term goal keeps me motivated and on the right track. The training and care I receive from management is head and shoulders above other agencies, as my bosses have taken the time to get to know me, so my development programme plays to my strengths and helps reinforce my weaknesses. My training plan is also clearly laid out for me, so I know what to expect, and where I should be in my recruiting journey. Crem has also helped me outside of work, from getting me set up in my first flat by myself, to getting my first car, and building my confidence. I started, having never set foot in an office, to only a year later confidently walking into an unknown business and hosting an impromptu meeting with managers and directors.
