The "magic maker" at Crem, Emily focuses on recruitment. With a background in recruitment, sales, and customer retention (and a stint selling popcorn!), she brings sales expertise, recruitment skills, mentorship, and a good dose of banter to the team. Proud of the new office, outside of work Emily enjoys singing, theatre, horse riding, and travel. She's inspired by "Atomic Habits" and has a fun fact: she never wears matching socks. Her favourite thing about the team is the unpredictable and ever-changing nature of each day.

Simon manages the Industrial Temporary Team, connecting senior technical professionals. A 20+ year veteran of agency recruitment management, he's heavily process-focused, calm, and thrives in the recruitment "storm." He finds pride in every placement, impacting lives daily. Outside of work, he enjoys watching rugby and fair-weather paddleboarding with his dogs. An avid reader of classic sci-fi, Simon once fronted a garage band. He values the team's diverse personalities that unite to deliver excellent service.

Anett focuses on business development and account management at Crem, building strong client relationships and providing tailored solutions. With over five years in recruitment (including hospitality), she's a strong problem-solver and a team player. Anett enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time with loved ones. Inspired by "Pride and Prejudice," she values the incredible teamwork at Crem. Anett is proud of the long-standing relationships she has built with her clients, founded on trust, reliability, and consistent results.

Ryan is a Resourcer for Crem, interviewing candidates to find suitable roles for the consultants. With a background in customer service and entertainment, he builds rapport easily and understands candidate needs. Proud of his university show and short film achievements, Ryan enjoys painting, films, hiking, gaming, and creating short films. Inspired by Adam Copeland's book and the Wrestling Island Graps podcast, a fun fact is that he once unknowingly drank champagne with Tom Grennan and Professor Green at a fashion show. He loves the welcoming and supportive team environment.

Joanna is a Recruitment Support Administrator at Crem, having progressed through resourcing and administration roles since 2021. Her focus is now on administration and payroll, but she also has experience in job posting, candidate registration, and resourcing. Joanna values Crem's small, strong, and friendly team with a shared vision for growth. In her free time, she enjoys travel, friends, activities, music, and painting. She appreciates the busy and challenging nature of recruitment.
